Christmas party

 Everyone loved the food I picked for lunch.

We had circus in a flash come and the showed us lots of tricks. We even got to try them!

Can't wait for next year.

 I was lucky enough to go to the beach today for a picnic. I went on the beach via the wheelchair mat too!

Stirring up trouble again

 Fun day today at work with only the girls in the house.  I helped to make cupcakes and icing for our little party.

 I am enjoying helping to decorate the Christmas tree at Arohanui. I chose the Christmas songs that were playing in the background. 

How strong am i?!

 On a Friday in sensory every week I like to pull Lorraine off the Swiss ball. Usually I pull her off 5 times before she can't get up off the floor. I enjoy doing this, we always have a great laugh.

Floristry

 Today I made a posie of flowers  using flowers from our center gardens. I chose purple paper, purple sparkly ribbon and all orange and yellow flowers. I chose to give my flowers to my staff, Vanessa. She was so happy. 

Nails 💅

 Today I am having my nails done and then I am going to have a hand massage. Lucky me!

Sandwich time!

 Today I made a healthy ham salad sandwich in cooking. I chopped all the salad stuffs myself and buttered my bread.

Wearable art

 I helped prepare materials for our entry into the ‘sustainable wearable art ‘ competition. We are making a dress with the theme of ‘a walk in Yatton park through the seasons’.

 This morning  In garden art I continued to paint the fairy house for our fairy garden.It is going to be light pink and light blue.

Curls

 Today I had my beautiful hair curled during girl's group. I look amazing! 

Oropi gala day

 Oropi Gala day was soo much fun, i really enjoyed having a sausage sizzle at the end!!

Latin dance!

 Today we were very lucky to have some Latin dance experts come to show us a variation of different dances. It was so fun!

Cooking

 today we made fruit kebabs in cooking. The fruit i chose and prepared was really nice. The blueberries turned my fingers blue!

Ice cream

 What a beautiful day today. I got to enjoy a yummy ice cream this afternoon.

Cafe trip

 i had the coolest time in the girls cafe trip today!!!!!!

Breakfast smoothie!

 Today I enjoyed making a tropical breakfast smoothie in cooking. It was so easy and delicious. I preferred the one with pineapple in it.

Curls!

 Today I had my hair curled in girls group. This is one of my goals!

Highland fling!

 Today we were very lucky to have some dancers come to do the highland fling for us at the centre. A mixture of Irish and Scottish traditional dances and songs. They were so talented and the costumes were beautiful.

On Monday my sister brought me in a cake to share with all my friends. It looked beautiful and tasted amazing! Everyone sang me happy birthday and we partied so hard.
