Today we made egg fried rice and I made a tasty sauce with Soy, oyster sauce, chicken stock, garlic and pepper. I poured it into the fried vegetables in the wok. We added the cooked rice and then fried an egg in the middle and mixed it all together. I ate a small bowl and thought it was pretty nice! Lucky we didn’t set the fire alarm off because Steve wouldn’t be impressed!
